Drop into this free, informal, dementia-friendly singing group, open to all and designed to boost mood and wellbeing on the first Wednesday of every month.

Melody for the Mind are informal, relaxed, dementia-friendly singing groups which take place in some of our libraries and are open to everyone. We have also recorded some online sessions to bring some songs to you at home so that everyone can join in!

Check our What’s on in Libraries page to see if there is a Melody for the Mind group near you. Singing is known to help the memory and increase wellbeing so why not give it a go!
