Dementia Awareness Day – United Reform Church – Horsham

Did you know that 1 in 3 people display dementia symptoms but are living without a diagnosis. A diagnosis of dementia can open up doors to medical, emotional and financial support.

If you are worried about yours, or a loved ones memory, or have any questions about dementia, please come along to the United Reform Church, Springfield Road, (By the bus station) and meet representatives from Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia UK Admiral Nurses, Age UK, Tapestry Club and Sporting memories group.
Information of local dementia services and support available, along with refreshments in a safe and welcoming space.  Everyone welcome.
